The Brine is a contemporary Southern restaurant on the Louisiana Boardwalk riverfront, connected to The Picklr Bossier City. Chef Gabriel Balderas of Zuzul Coastal Cuisine and El Cabo Verde leads the kitchen, using produce from his own Nourishing Farms in northwest Louisiana. There is a full bar with house cocktails and an espresso program, and a covered patio with fans that looks straight onto the Red River and the Bakowski Bridge of Lights. The restored Boardwalk carousel sits steps from the patio. Grand opening was October 2, 2026.
